This super-simple side dish is packed full of nutrition, convenience and flavor. It’s a spicy dish, but you can tone it down by leaving the red pepper flakes out of the recipe. You’ll get antioxidant support from the Turmeric, and just three cups of this dish provide 3 grams fiber (that’s good!).
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut the cauliflower into 1- inch florets and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the minced garlic and mix well.
In a separate bowl, combine the dry spices together. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the cauliflower then drizzle with olive oil. Stir well until all cauliflower is covered with spices and oil. Transfer to the baking sheet and roast for ~25 minutes until the cauliflower is soft and the edges begin to brown.
